From a very young age, I have always had an interest in alternative medicines and holistic therapies and believe there are various ways to heal the body physically and mentally. This interest quickly turned into my life passion and I feel lucky enough to have found my path in life and help others. I am now fully trained in various holistic practices including reflexology. I pride myself on taking a person-centred approach within my work by tailoring my treatments entirely based on the individual’s needs.
