To confirm your individual or couples booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours' notice is required.
Deposits may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
Less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited and not transferable to a new appointment date. Same-day cancellations or failure to attend the appointment may result in the full booking balance becoming payable.
In the unlikely event that Tara Estella Mobile Massage & Beauty Services needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
I offer mobile treatments within 20 miles of Gloucester.
For venues further afield, a travel supplement may apply to reflect both mileage and travel time. This will always be confirmed in advance once your full address has been received.
Travel supplements are calculated as follows:
Mileage:
£0.50 per mile beyond 20 miles, calculated on the return journey.
Journey time:
A £20 supplement applies where travel time exceeds 45 minutes each way.
For locations over 45 minutes from Gloucester, a minimum booking of two treatments or two hours of massage applies to ensure the visit remains viable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all group and party bookings. Your date and time are reserved exclusively for your event, and other enquiries may be declined once your booking is confirmed.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
If a booking is cancelled by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date, the full booking balance remains payable. Guest numbers may be amended up to 14 days before the event date. After this point, the original agreed booking value remains payable.
If you need to change your booking date, I will always do my best to accommodate an alternative date, subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred to a new date when at least 14 days' notice is provided. Date changes requested within 14 days of the event may result in the deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required to secure an alternative date.
