Medical conditions
When booking a treatment with Tara Estella Mobile Massage and Beauty, you must inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with your therapist at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. A consultation
will be carried out by your therapist before your treatment. Please be aware that some conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments and you may not be able to have a treatment that day or your therapist will suggest an alternative treatment. This will not be discounted.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. Cheques are accepted if no other form of payment is available.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated, and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Please have it with you for the appointment. The 24 hr cancellation fee still applies to gift vouchers, but 100% of the treatment price will be redeemed from your voucher.
Mobile massage etiquette
Your mobile therapist may arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of your treatment.
This will allow them to set up the equipment. If for any reason your therapist is over 30 minutes late, for reasons beyond their control and the therapist still has time to carry out your treatment, you will be offered 50%off your treatment price. If the therapist is over 30 minutes late and does not have time to fully carry out your treatment, you will be allowed to re book and receive the same treatment for free next time.
Data
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Pamper parties
Pamper packages are bespoke, and quotes are at the sole
discretion of the business owner. A non-refundable deposit is
required at the time of booking. An additional travel charge
may also be incurred.
