Medical conditions
When booking a treatment with Tara Estella Mobile Massage and Beauty, you must inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or if you are breastfeeding. If you have any uncertainty, please seek medical advice from your doctor before booking. A consultation will be carried out before your treatment. Please be aware that some conditions may mean certain treatments are not suitable on the day, and your therapist may suggest an alternative treatment. The full treatment price will still apply.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due according to the relevant booking policy. For individual and couples bookings, the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. For group bookings, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated, and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Please have it with you for the appointment. The 24 hr cancellation fee still applies to gift vouchers, but 100% of the treatment price will be redeemed from your voucher.
Mobile massage etiquette
Your mobile therapist may arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of your treatment to allow time to set up the equipment and prepare the treatment space.
Data
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Pamper parties
Pamper packages are bespoke, and quotes are provided at the discretion of the business owner. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all group and party bookings. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Additional travel charges may apply depending on location.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling and deposit terms vary depending on the type of booking. Please refer to the relevant booking policy for individual, couples or group bookings before confirming your appointment.
